A 30-Day Yoga Program to guide us into the holiday season with happy bodies, relaxed minds, and thankful hearts.

  • All challenge members will get access to an online library of videos created specifically for this challenge.
  • Each day, a new video will load so you have your practice for the day.
  • You will log in daily and complete the video, and comment "done!" for accountability and so we can cheer you on!
  • I highly encourage you to invite friends and family to join you in this challenge. There is strength in numbers and they will help keep you accountable!
  • You will have access to this challenge and the videos for 40 days from our start date (October 22nd) - this allows plenty of time for you to complete the challenge even if you encounter a few bumps in the road!
  • It is an honor to give back and create a positive ripple effect from our yoga practice together. For each member of the challenge, we will donate 25 meals to Feeding America.

 

You are someone who values a holistic, sustainable approach to your health and well-being, and are ready to invigorate your self care through high-quality yoga! You are enthusiastic about infusing your life with gratitude so you can lead into the holidays with a thankful and joyful heart. You are ready to create or reinforce sustainable healthy habits so you have a solid foundation built well before the New Year to consistently feel better on a multi-dimensional level.

Join the Challenge!
  • Each practice will include postures (asana), relaxation techniques, and gratitude
  • The postures will start simply and become more complex as we move through the challenge.
  • We will explore a variety of relaxation techniques and practice each one for several days throughout the challenge - I hope you'll find some that really work for you that you can use on an ongoing basis even after the challenge!
  • Each day we will practice gratitude on a new topic (we'll get thankful for the mundane, the magnificent, and everything in between!)
  • Each practice will be 25-35ish minutes long, making this challenge fully accessible for your busy lifestyle!
  • Beginners and seasoned practitioners are all welcome!

Bernadette is a yoga therapist and yoga teacher currently living in Surf City, NC. She is on this planet to help people feel better in their bodies and minds through their consistent yoga practice. With an extensive training background and over a decade of teaching experience, she's excited to share the ancient tradition of yoga in a way that applies to your modern lifestyle!
